Our cleaning process is simple and safe for your property
Our softwashing services start even before our crew arrives to your property. The estimator who looked at your property prepared a colored diagram of the areas the technicians will clean. Once we’re on scene, we start by unloading our equipment close to the areas where we will clean. Once the initial setup is complete, we start the exterior cleaning process
If we are cleaning the roof, we start from the top and work our way downward. The process may take different lengths of time depending on how stained each side is and also the thickness of the algae, which sometimes requires multiple coats of our special cleaners. Once the application of the cleaner is complete, our crew moves onto the other areas that require our services. If we identify there are delicate plants or bushes next to the treated area our crew will then spray over them our plant-coat solution especially formulated to avoid any harm.
We offer 3 cleaning packages for your convenience:
A) A la Carte - We only clean the specific stained areas.
B) The Basic - Once on location it's easier for us to clean other areas at reduced rates. The Basic package includes: The Roof and The House Exterior also known as House Wash.
C) The Deluxe - We clean it all, the Roof, the House-Exterior, the Driveway, the Sidewalks & the Porche.
Once our low-pressure or softwashing process has been completed and the algae, mold, fungus, and other bacteria are killed and they will dissolve. In the case of the black stains and algae, you will see the difference almost immediately. However the stains caused lichens or moss, the process takes longer because these elements have a root system. So once our cleaners kill the fungus all the way to its roots, then they will slowly turn into an orange-brownish color and eventually lose its grip an d fall off the roof after a few heavy rains. It’s important not to force the lichens or moss off the roof as this may damage the shingles during the attempts.
