Anderson Mill West Park and Pavilion in Cedar Park, Texas – What is It and Why is it So Popular?

When it was constructed, the park included a three mile long boardwalk, which was lined with beautiful trees and shrubbery. The pavilion was built in 1940 and stands tall, proudly, in the middle of the boardwalk. The top of the pavilion is made of granite and is designed to look like the Wright Brothers’ original machine, complete with its two engines on the sides. A few years ago, there was an addition that added a building with beautiful oak floors and windows. The building was modeled after the original construction and included a restaurant.
